My post about the remodel almost makes it sound like we're doing it all ourselves. I assure you that is NOT true! :) We're using a contractor, who is doing a fabulous job! We work too much, after all, to ever get it all done in a timely fashion. Claudio Rondon Costa (W Rondon Construction) is our wonderful contractor (his wife, Lise Wenzel was our real estate agent that helped us find our house!), and he has been incredible thus far. When it's all done, I'll try to get a pic with him as proof that the only work I did was clean out drawers before demo and write checks every Friday! :)
