Work...finally!

Tomorrow is my first day of work! Everyone keeps making fun of me for being excited about work, but I am SO ready to become a contributing member of society. :) Staying at home is just not exciting when you have no money to spend and your main focus is on studying. NOT exciting. I miss working with patients, so I'll be glad to meet new people and hear their stories. My favorite part of my patients are their stories. I think it's fascinating hearing where people have come from in their lives, and where they are now. It may seem nosy, but I think it makes me a better PT to understand what's going on in my patient's lives. Not everything that's contributing to their current situation (i.e. why they came to see me) is necessarily physical. Anyway, that's my two cents for the night...

I hope your first day went well. I'm excited that you have a blog now and look forward to keeping up with all the happenings in the Tummell's lives in Knoxville.

Love ya!

Yeah!! You have a blog. They can be addicting sometimes, but then sometimes you will not post for a while.
I hope that everything went well today...where are you working again?
Love ya

YAY LESTER!! Congrats on becoming part of the working world again. Something one can not truly appreciate until they have offically run out of money and ate macaroni & cheese with hot dogs for multiple meals a week.
What a blessing awaits some patients who will be a part of your professional life.
Make Him proud of you, I know I am!
love ya!

Welcome to the world of working as a PT. Isn't it exciting to see those letters behind your name?! I have to tell you that I read your first post about your mom and, of course, started crying. (I have cried ten times more since becoming a mother than I EVER did before, and yet, I am happier than ever before. Go figure!) Anyway, congrats and stay passionate about your work!
